How chapter partnership works

Founder

PUÑO +50 starts with Fernando Saturno del Pino, Founder & CEO of PUÑO Wellness.
Thirty-five years in boxing. Twenty years coaching. A studio he opened so people could get stronger in body and mind at the same time.
He worked as a psychosocial intervener with adults carrying heavy mental health and addiction work, and brought boxing to the floor as recovery. He led community fitness with adults 60+, week after week. He is certified through the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging, and trained in Parkinson’s boxing for neurological health.
He also builds from a blank page. PUÑO, the name, the Ñ, the six pillars, and The Saturno Method all started with him. Before PUÑO, he co-founded a Montréal fitness innovation venture incubated through Centech at ÉTS: patented outdoor exercise equipment for public space, from concept to manufacturing to market.
