Puño means fist in Spanish — not aggression, intention. When someone closes their fist, something shifts. Not against other people — against doubt, decline, and the story that +50 means slowing down.
I built PUÑO +50 for adults who have decided. The ones who still train, still travel, still build, still show up. This is not a retirement magazine. It is a monthly round in a longer fight: a life worth extending.
